Terms of Service — Vetta AI

These terms apply when you use Vetta AI (“Vetta”, “we”, “us”) at vetta-x.com. By using Vetta you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Vetta.

What Vetta does

Vetta drafts posts and replies for your own LinkedIn, Threads and X accounts and publishes them from those accounts. It publishes what you approve and what you schedule. It can also publish without asking you first each time:

On X, an autopilot you start can publish posts and reply to other people’s posts.
On Threads, an autopilot you start can publish posts. If its plan includes replies and you use the Vetta browser extension, it can also reply to other people’s posts and follow other accounts from your browser; it never unfollows anyone. If “Post on its own” is on for Threads, posts you create in the chat can go out the same way. Answers to replies people leave under your own Threads posts can go out without asking you first: an autopilot’s answers if that autopilot doesn’t ask you to approve each post, and other answers if “Post on its own” is on for Threads. Otherwise you approve each answer.
On LinkedIn, Vetta can publish posts on its own if you turn on “Post on its own”.

You can pause or stop an autopilot, and turn “Post on its own” off, at any time.

The Vetta browser extension works in your browser, where you are logged in to X, Threads or LinkedIn, and acts there as you. You can remove it at any time on your browser’s extensions page.

Apart from an autopilot that replies through the browser extension and the answers to replies under your own posts described above, Vetta replies on Threads to someone else’s post or reply only after you approve that reply.

Your accounts and your content

You are responsible for what is published from your accounts, including drafts written by Vetta that you approve or let it post.
You keep the rights to your content. You let us store and process it only to run Vetta for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must follow the rules of each network you connect: the X Terms of Service and rules, the LinkedIn User Agreement, and the Threads Terms of Use and Meta Community Standards.
Keep access to your Vetta account and your connected accounts secure.

What you may not do

Use Vetta to send spam, or to post or reply at a very high rate.
Post content that is illegal, misleading, hateful, or that impersonates someone.
Try to break, overload, scrape or get around the limits of Vetta.

We may limit how often Vetta posts or replies for you, to keep your accounts within each network’s rules.

AI drafts

Vetta’s drafts are written by AI models and can be wrong or incomplete. Read each draft before you approve it. Replies an autopilot posts on its own don’t wait for you: you can see them in the autopilot’s activity and stop it at any time. Drafts are not legal, financial or other professional advice.

Plans and payments

Vetta has a free plan and paid plans. Prices and limits are shown on vetta-x.com. Payments are processed by Polar, our payment provider; we never see your card details. To cancel a paid plan, write to contact@vetta-x.com.

Other services

LinkedIn, Threads and X are run by other companies. If they change or limit their services, some Vetta features may stop working. We are not responsible for what those networks do with your accounts.

Ending your use

You can stop using Vetta at any time and ask us to delete your data, as described on Data deletion. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or a network’s rules.

Our limits

Vetta is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or actions a network takes against your account, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If a change is important, we will also tell you in the app or by email.
