Data Deletion

Last updated: 24 October 2026

You can ask Vetta AI to delete the data it holds about you at any time. Here is how.

Delete your whole account

Email contact@vetta-x.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Tell us the X, LinkedIn or Threads account you use with Vetta so we can find your account. We may ask you to confirm the request. We delete your Vetta account and the data linked to it, including drafts, chats, your voice profile, Face Scan photos and connected accounts, within 30 days, and reply when it is done. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.

Delete some of your data in the app

  • Disconnect LinkedIn or Threads. In Settings → Account, open the menu next to LinkedIn or Threads and choose Disconnect. We delete our access token for that network and stop posting there. If LinkedIn is how you sign in to Vetta, the app can’t disconnect it; email us instead.
  • Revoke X. In Settings → Account, press Revoke next to X. We ask X to cancel our access to your X account.
  • Face Scan photos. Delete each photo where you added it. This deletes the photo and every copy of it that Vetta stores, including the copy we make to send to our image-generation provider. Copies that an image-generation provider has already received to create an image are not deleted by this.
  • Notification emails. Turn them off in Settings → Account, by asking Vetta in the chat, or with the “Turn off these emails” link in any email. This deletes your email address.

Disconnecting or revoking a network doesn’t delete your drafts, voice, settings or the profile details of that account. They stay until you delete your whole account.

Remove Vetta in Threads

  1. In Threads, open Settings → Account → Website permissions.
  2. Find Vetta and remove it.

This ends Vetta’s access to your Threads account, and we delete our access token. It doesn’t delete the rest of your Threads data on its own.

To delete that data too, send Meta a data deletion request for Vetta if Meta offers you one, or email contact@vetta-x.com with the subject “Delete my Threads data”. We then delete:

  • your Threads connection and access token;
  • your Threads profile details (user ID, username, name and picture);
  • the IDs and links of posts and replies we published to Threads for you;
  • replies other people left under your Threads posts, which we read so you could answer them, and the reply cards with them in your Vetta chats;
  • public Threads posts found by your keyword searches, the reply drafts for them and the keywords you asked us to watch;
  • public Threads posts the Vetta browser extension found for your autopilots, and the replies drafted for them;
  • the Threads accounts the Vetta browser extension followed or considered following for your autopilots, what it saw on their profiles, whether they followed you back, and the follower counts it read from your Threads profile;
  • your own Threads posts that you imported so Vetta could learn your writing style, and the style notes made from them;
  • the numbers for your Threads posts and profile (views, likes, replies, reposts, quotes, shares, clicks, followers), including the copies we keep of emails we sent you, your weekly reviews and your Vetta chats;
  • Vetta’s chat answers that showed replies from Threads.

For a request sent through Meta, Meta shows you a confirmation code and a link where you can check the status of the request.

Your drafts and the rest of your chats with Vetta stay in your Vetta account. To delete everything, delete your whole account as described above.

Remove Vetta in LinkedIn or X

  • LinkedIn: Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Permitted services, then remove Vetta.
  • X: Settings and privacy → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps, then revoke Vetta’s access.

This stops Vetta from using those accounts. To delete the data we already hold, use one of the options above.

More about what we collect and why is in our Privacy Policy. Questions: contact@vetta-x.com.
